The Registered Digital Installer Licensing Body (RDI-LB) is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company formed to act as a guardian to raise the professional status of TV reception engineers and the TV reception industry as a whole. The scheme was formed in 2006 with the backing of leading trade bodies and the Government (BERR). It has since worked closely with colleges and the installer community to develop the only recognised national vocational courses for domestic and commercial TV systems within the industry.
